Click & Collect Orders

Are you located in Melbourne and want to avoid delivery times?

We offer Click & Collect service at our Notting Hill, VIC warehouse. If you live within the Melbourne Metro area, you can select the Click & Collect Pickup option during checkout. We will send you an email notification when your order is ready for collection. When you come to pick up your order, please bring your ID and order details for verification.

How It Works

• The products that we offer for sale that are IN STOCK can be collected on the same day!
• Products IN STOCK AT SUPPLIER take around 5 ~ 10 working days before then can be collected.
• You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for collection.
• You will need a valid ID and order details for verification when collecting.

Can someone collect my order for me?

Absolutely! Your friends or relatives are welcome to pick up your order for you. However, there are a few steps you need to take:

• Please mention the name and phone number of the person who will be collecting your order in the comments section of your order. Alternatively, you can contact us by phone or email to provide us with this information.
• The person collecting your order will be required to provide a valid ID and a copy (digital or printed) of the order details. These must match the information you provided us earlier.

What happens if my order isn’t available when I arrive at the store?

It is important to wait for our confirmation email before heading to the store to ensure that your items have been set aside by our staff. Please note that our inventory is subject to change, and we may need to contact you if any items are no longer available. In such cases, we will inform you promptly via email or phone.
